Hi, I’m Colleen.

At 60, I'm finding out that life doesn't necessarily get more predictable with age. Sometimes it just gets more interesting.

After 27 years on the East Coast, my husband and I traded New England for the Arizona desert. With a grown daughter starting her own adventures, aging parents who need us nearby, and a little more time to think about what comes next, I'm discovering that there's still plenty of room to reinvent myself.

I've always loved a good story, and it turns out everyday life provides more than enough material. Some of it is funny, some of it is messy, and some of it makes me stop and see things a little differently.

 

That's what you'll find here. A little humor, a little heart, and plenty of unexpected plot twists.
